- How to apply

- And how to convince your interviewer that you are the best candidate.

Language is a key factor, communication skills are essential and experience is very important if you want to get a job. Depending on what your qualifications are you can get a job. I wish that the union would be more active in terms of helping our junior engineers. I would volunteer to help, but the union needs to be more active.
